What is Laughter yoga?

Laughter Yoga is a great fun exercise session which can be done with dance movements. The session combines laughter exercise (stimulated laughter) and yoga breathing, which turns into real laughter when practiced in a group. Per Dr. Kataria – the founder of this program, laughter has two sources – one from the body, and one from the mind.

What are the Benefits

Research studies have found that laughter has a variety of benefits – it helps to ease anxiety/depression, increases circulation, stimulates the immune system, prevents heart disease, exercises the muscles, reduces stress hormones and even invigorates the brain.
