Gentle Self-Care Yoga Practice

Welcome to this 45-minute all-levels gentle, self-care yoga practice, designed to help you find stillness in your body and mind. Throughout this practice, I invite you to listen to your body, offering options to enable the practice meets you where you are, whether you are new to yoga or a more experienced practitioner. We will focus on the breath and honor exactly where you are today. Remembering that being open minded and willing to learn, rolling out your mat and being kind to yourself; this is yoga. 

About Kerry

Kerry is the founder of Kerry McClure – Practical Wellness, a holistic functional nutrition and lifestyle practice supporting ‘whole-person’ wellness through nutrition, movement and mindfulness.

Kerry’s passion includes shifting from a mindset of growing old to growing whole. She specializes in grateful aging and healthy longevity. Kerry is co-author of the books Beyond Meditation: making mindfulness accessible for everyone, and Gratitude: a mindful pause. She is the creator of “The Vibrant Life Method” online wellness course supporting longevity wellness through eating well, sleeping well, moving well, and stressing well. 

Kerry is board-certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®) and holds an MS in Human Nutrition.  She’s a former board member and current member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). Kerry is a member of the Yoga Alliance (YA). She is multi-certified in yoga and several fitness modalities. She brings 25+ years of experience in corporate America to her business.
