What is gentle yoga?

In this all level gentle yoga class, I give you the space and guidance to transform. My goal is to have you leave the class feeling better than when you arrived. I strive to meet students where they are at. Maybe today you walk out feeling stronger, more flexible, more balanced less stressed or just in tune with yourself energetically. I hope to see you. About Marlaine Maahs

Marlaine started practicing yoga over 20 years ago, after the birth of her first child. She attributes yoga to grounding her, giving her the strength and the calm that she needed while raising her four children. After years of practice and sending her oldest daughter to yoga teacher training, she decided it was time for herself to pursue 200 Hour Power Yoga Training so that she could share her passion for yoga with others. Marlaine loves to inspire others with the mind, body, breath connection yoga teaches on and off the mat. She is a holistic wellness professional, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, a Reiki master, Clinical Consultant for Biotics Research and excited to be a yoga instructor as well!
