Gentle Yoga

Join Shanna for a 60-minute gentle morning yoga flow! We will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body. We will be flowing at a slowed-down pace, so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions in a supportive way while waking up the body.

About Shanna Nemrow

Shanna Nemrow is a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and a PN Level 2 Certified Master Coach.  In addition to teaching local yoga classes, Shanna also offers personalized health coaching and free online resources on her website, YouTube channel (Shanna Nemrow), and podcast (Autoimmune Besties). Shanna specializes in autoimmune health and wellness, and also loves her role as an Instructor at the Nutritional Therapy Association.
