Hatha Yoga: Sensory Acuity Session
This movement and meditation session combines science and spirituality by elevating an individual’s connection with their external and internal states. Terri has been immersed in the integrative health and wellness field since 2012. Her innate growth mindset and resilience propel her constant evolution in health-life leadership. She has acquired a homogeneous vessel of skills by combining her careers, life experiences, and academic achievements. Together, this combination enables Terri to speak to the foundations of empowerment and resources needed for motivational health-life change. A long volunteering tenure helps Terri deliver compassionate care and supportive guidance for optimized health and well-being.
