The Stress Connection: Overcoming the Unsuspecting Issue that’s Limiting Your Clients’ Success

with Rebekah Fedrowitz, BCHN®

Session Description

Busyness and stress have become such the societal normal that many people aren’t even aware how stressed they really are. Nearly every client you work with is affected by stress to at least some degree, and whether stress and adrenal issues are the root problem or if they are a secondary issue, they are most assuredly playing a role in your clients’ health.

In this presentation, you will learn:

  • The role of stress in your clients’ health and how it connects to other, seemingly-unrelated conditions.
  • How to evaluate for stress, even when stress and adrenal issues aren’t your specialty.
  • Protocols for supporting stress in conjunction with other health challenges.
  • How to create effective and comprehensive protocols that will feel manageable and achievable to a client under stress.
